Hisense VIDAA phone remote pairing: official app and limits

A Hisense TV running VIDAA can direct you to the correct VIDAA companion app from Support, Mobile App on the TV. VIDAA documents a QR code for downloading its app; a universal pairing-code screen is not established for every model. TV Remotely’s VIDAA connection remains experimental and has not passed a physical hardware test.

Confirm VIDAA on this exact TV

Read the operating system and full model code in About. Hisense also sells Google TV and Roku TV sets, whose pairing screens are different. If your TV does not say VIDAA, use the guide for the displayed platform.

Keep a physical remote because it may be needed to reach the TV’s Support or network menu.

Use the app path the TV itself supplies

VIDAA says Support, Mobile App displays a QR code for the app version that belongs with your TV. Scan that code, install the official app, and follow the instructions shown by the TV and app. Keep the phone and TV on a local network that permits them to reach each other.

The QR code described by VIDAA is an app-download link, not proof that every model shows a separate pairing PIN.

If a code or TV is missing

Check the TV’s on-screen prompts and the manual for the exact model. Confirm the phone and TV are on the same main network and not isolated by guest Wi-Fi. Record whether the official app discovers the TV before troubleshooting a third-party app.

TV Remotely has no physically verified VIDAA pairing flow; do not rely on it as your only control method.
