Community rules

Support is the public board on this site and in the app. Posts are reviewed before they are published, you are responsible for what you post, and there is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Every post must follow these rules:

1. Stay on topic: reports and replies are about TV Remotely and your TV.
2. Be respectful: no harassment, threats, hate speech or personal attacks.
3. Nothing sexual, violent, illegal or otherwise objectionable.
4. No spam, advertising or links to unrelated sites.
5. No personal information, yours or anyone else’s.

You can block any poster from the app, which hides their posts on your phone and reports them to us. We review reports within 24 hours and remove posts or ban posters who break these rules. There is no private SLA and no phone line. Every ticket is read; the board says where each one stands.
