Screen mirroring opened a picker that could not show Samsung TVs

The handoff opened Google Cast settings, which does not list Miracast-only Samsung TVs.

The Android handoff now tries Smart View and Wi-Fi Display first and explains which system picker opens. Mirroring itself still requires the phone’s system controls.
