Hisense VIDAA privacy settings
On a Hisense VIDAA TV, privacy choices depend on the VIDAA software version and region. VIDAA’s policy describes optional Enhanced Viewing Service features that can use automatic content recognition and viewing data where available; the TV’s own settings are the place to review consent.

Confirm the TV is running VIDAA
Check the About screen for the full Hisense model and operating system. Hisense also sells Google TV and Roku TV models, whose privacy menus differ. Do not apply VIDAA menu directions based only on the brand badge.
Use the model manual if the software name is unclear.
Review Enhanced Viewing choices
VIDAA says its Settings menu can enable all, some or none of its Enhanced Viewing Service features where available. Its policy describes ACR for content recognition, recommendations and advertising when the owner opts in. Availability varies by model and location.
Read each on-screen choice before changing it; declining personalized ads does not mean all advertising disappears.
Check data and restore choices
Record the old values, change only the optional features you intend to change, and reopen the menu to confirm. VIDAA also documents account data controls separately at its account portal. Third-party streaming apps still have independent privacy choices.
A missing option may mean the service is unavailable on that model; do not use hidden service menus as a substitute.
