Samsung Tizen drops the connection after about 30 seconds idle
The remote stops responding once the screen has been idle. Reopening the app reconnects it.

Reproduced on 2022 and 2023 Q-series sets. The TV closes the websocket on idle and we were not reconnecting. A reconnect-on-resume fix is in the next build.
